			PROGRAMS

WAITS: November availability was 82%, mostly because of Foonly channel
		bugs - LES.

LLL line still generates excessive system interrupts occasionally.
		Bullet-proofing in progress.

Modification in system scheduler recovered 5-6% wasted time.

New DET privilege may be used to specify auto-detach preferred
over autologout if DD channels needed. LIV privilege will
protect dead core images for debugging but goes away when a
		new program is run.

Because of address space limitations in BBN Pager, system will
shortly be changed so that user jobs can no longer run on KA10 - BH.

			PEOPLE

Equipment:	Still looking for a TED replacement.

WAITS: BH leaving for Boston area at end of December.
		ME will assume responsibility.
